"I have not lived in the state of Delaware in over 3 years, so am not sure why this agent started texting and calling me about a quote. But this agency inundated me with multiple texts and calls in a small amount of time. I found this aggressive sales tactic very inappropriate (and annoying). Have some awareness to leave a voicemail or just stop calling if someone does not answer. I would not recommend based on this interaction."

"They are absolutely fantastic!!!!!! The office staff is very warm and welcoming. Dec 3 2020 was not only my 35th birthday but was also the day my elderly mother who lived with me went in for open heart surgery. My mom came out with flying colors but with her fragile health Anything could happen. Dec 5th I check my mail and there was a personally signed birthday card from them. Words can't describe what that card did for me. I STILL HAVE THAT CARD!!!!!!!! I didn't keep any of the others but that one I did. UPDATE!!!!!MATT BASILE OFFICE IS AMAZING! NATHAN IN CLAIMS IS DOWN RIGHT HORRID!!!! In less than 8 hrs he tried totalling my and send it to coparts WITHOUT an inspection. When I explained to him I want it sent to a body shop because I want to buy it back. He got ignorent with. And refused to have it sent to a body shop. It sat in the tow yard for 2 and 1/2 days. I got on the phone with mat basiles office reported to them. At 8am Wed morning he is calling with a nasty attitude saying the car will be towed to I g burton. When matt Basile office called me back and I let them know he gave me attitude over the phone she let me know "HE WASN'T VERY NICE TO HER EITHER"!!!!!!! You want to get ignorant with me ????? BRING IT!!!!! BUT LEAVE MY AGENT OUT IT!!!!!!!!! SHE WORKS FOR ME!!!!! It's bad enough my car has been in limbo for 11 DAYS and he is racking up unessessary costs for MY AGENCY and get ignorant with me. BUT GETTING IGNORANT WITH MY AGENT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! IM REALLY THINKING ABOUT DROPPING STATE FARMS! I DONT PAY GOOD MONEY FOR SOME LAZY WORK FROM HOME TEXAN TO MILK MONEY OUT OF A DELAWARE COMPANY AND BE DISRESPECTFUL TO MY FELLOW DELAWARIANS."
