I explained I was a retired military officer hoping to make a change becaue the insurance company i was with for almost 50 years has changed service, policies and prices in a negative way. Although there was nothing, she could do to lower it any further, she mentioned some things that they offer to lower insurance costs, by taking an advanced defensive driving course and a drive safe and save, blue tooth link, to put on my vehicles and I may consider these options. I wanted to leave her a 5 start review, b/c that is what she deserves. She was very kind and caring and listened. I will say though, if increases continue, I will be looking for other options as did a few of my friends who have left State Farm. I have been a long-standing customer with State Farm and have multiple vehicles and home owners insurance with them and never filed one claim in all the years I've been with them. So, there should be discounts, not increases, and some reward for a long-standing customer with a great record."
